Lucie came recommended from every mama I know in Walthamstow! I was worried about my diastasis gap after having my second child. She came to my house and it was such a joy and relief to have a professional take a look and also to check my pelvic floor - which turns out was perhaps more in need of rehabilitating! Lucie provided me with tonnes of reassurance and useful information how to recover fully and what was normal/not.  Highly recommend! :)

Lucie is absolutely brilliant at what she does. I have learnt so much by working with her and the results have honestly been life changing for me. Thank you for all your support.

I contacted Lucie after my second baby was born. I had a Caesarean and found I was having pains along the scar line along with urgency for the toilet. I also had quite a large diastasis recti and found it was affecting my every day life. After the first session with Lucie I was given a series of exercises to follow along with massage techniques to help with my scar pain. I noticed within the first week a massive difference and by the time my second session came around I felt like a whole new person. My scar pain had eased, my gap had closed considerably and all of my urgency problems had gone. Lucie is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her for your Mummy MOT.
