I had such a positive experience with Lucie and I cannot recommend her enough. Before pregnancy, I used to train for marathons and triathlons and used to enjoy every day of training. After pregnancy, it took a while to get back to the fitness path and lost almost hope, but Lucie played a big role in giving me back the confidence and the tools to manage my abs separation and the pelvic floor pain. She gave me also exercises to improve core management and after only few months of sticking to her suggested routine, I didn’t have pain anymore while running or working out. What I also liked is that she had always in mind my ultimate goal and tailored every physio session based on that.

Lucie was great, the MOT helped me understand how my body was doing post birth, fixed a lingering issue and gave me the confidence to get back to exercise. I would recommend it to anyone as part of their postnatal recovery. (Rose G.)

Lucie came to my home for a Mummy MOT appointment 4 months after the birth of my child. I immediately felt at ease and in safe hands. Lucie helped me so much when I was post partum with baby number three and felt really weak. She gave me lots of exercises i could do at home that were quick and easy - she even filmed me doing them so I wouldn't forget them in the post-baby fog! They made a massive difference and I felt back to my normal self super quickly. I'd recommend Lucie to anyone, but especially postpartum mums!
